The #StrikeForCare2026 (referred herein as "Event") is organised by Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) (referred herein as the "Organiser"), using Togoparts (collectively referred to as "Platform") as an event platform partner. All participants must comply with the Rules & Regulations below.
Togoparts is an online platform that provides access to plan and book a variety of fitness and wellness activities at online Virtual Events.
By accessing, browsing, downloading and/or using the Platform and/or Service, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may discontinue your access and/or use of the Platform and/or Service.
The organisers reserve the right to modify and add any of the terms & conditions without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, any revision or update takes effect immediately. Your continued access and/or use of the Platform and/or Service after a revision or update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised or updated Terms.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
By submitting this registration form, you agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by the Organiser as a result of your participation in the Event, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy:
(a) The processing of this registration;
(b) The administration of the registration and the Event;
(c) Information sent by the Organiser about the Event via Email, SMS text message and Phone Call.
(d) Information sent by the Organiser on selected third parties', Event Business Partners' and Sponsors' products and services, such as updates on their latest promotions and their new products and services, via Email, SMS text message and Phone Call.
(e) To contact you for administrative purposes relating to event.
(f) To retain and use your data for facilitating your participation in future editions of the Event, if any, including but not limited to pre-filling registration forms and sending related event communications.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
This Event is governed by the laws of Singapore. While undertaking the challenge, all participants must comply with any applicable safety regulations and guidelines enforced by the authorities at the time of participation.
The following limitations of liability constitute the full extent of the organiser's responsibility in connection with the Event. By participating in the Event, entrants acknowledge and accept these limitations:
(1) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, illegible entries due to technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Event, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Event, the mailing or transmission of entries, notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the logging of miles, the announcement of the prizes or in any Event-related materials;
(2) technical failures of any kinds;
(3) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Event;
(4) unauthorised human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Event;
(5) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Event, the sending of entries or the processing of entries; or
(6) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the Event or receipt or use of any prize.
If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Event, the entrant's sole remedy is to enter again into the Event. The Organiser may rescind any Event entry found to contain such errors or failures without liability at its sole discretion.
As a condition of participating in the Event, the entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, the Platform and its respective affiliates, prize suppliers, and the Organiser's business partners and all their affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, managers, directors, members, shareholders and employees (the "Released Parties") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from any breach of representation made by the entrant in connection with the Event, the exercise by the Organiser or its designees of any of the right granted by the entrant in these Official Rules and the entrant's participation in the Event, including acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize(s), or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or wireless device relating to or resulting from participation in the Event or downloading any materials in the Event, or inability to access any webApp or wireless service associated with this Event, or any combination thereof. Entrants agree that the laws of Singapore will govern any and all disputes.
As a condition of participating in the Event, the entrant agrees that as to the Organiser and the Released Parties
(1) under no circumstances will the entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses,
(2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
(3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but shall in no event include attorneys' fees. The Organiser & Platform reserve the right to modify the prize award procedures.
(4) Entrants taking part at this event entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting and staying on a safe route and avoid trespassing at all points. The Organiser & The Platform, the holding company and any of the sponsors or partners accept no responsibility for any accidents, incidents of any nature, or injuries sustained whilst taking part in a virtual event.
If in the Organiser's & the Platform's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Event, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Event, the Organiser & the Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, the logging of miles and/or to modify, suspend or terminate the Event. In the event that the Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever,
Entrants under the age of 18 as of 01/01/2026 will be required to seek permission and consent from either of his/her parents or a legal guardian as a prerequisite for participation in the Event.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE EVENT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE ORGANISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS:
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Event, and as a condition of participating in this Event, the entrant agrees to allow the Organiser and/or the Organiser's designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, statements and voice for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar Events, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. EVENT DETAILS

Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Venue: Delta Sports Centre (Hard Courts)
2. CATEGORIES & ELIGIBILITY
Participants will compete in the following categories:

Youth Mixed 13 – 17 years old (Born in 2009 to 2013)
Kids Mixed Below 13 years old (Born in 2014 or later)
If a participant is found to be registered with more than one (1) team in the same tournament for a particular sport after the registration closing date, the participant will be disqualified from the competition
No substitution or replacement of such participants will be allowed.
3. EVENT VENUE & SCHEDULE
The competition for all categories will be held at Delta Sports Centre (hard courts).
Date: 19 July 2026. • Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
4. REGISTRATION
4.1. No. of players per team Each team will register a minimum of five (5) players and a maximum of ten (10) players for all categories.
One (1) adult (Team Manager/Coach/Team Captain) who will handle player registrations before the start of the tournament.
No changes are to be made to the team list throughout the whole competition once the payment is made.
All teams are to arrive 60 minutes before the scheduled time.
Once a participant is registered to a team, he or she is not allowed to represent another team in the competition.
4.2. Registration & Participation Information
Organisers reserve the right to reject the registration of any player(s) and or any team(s) at their discretion.
All players are required to provide their NRIC, FIN Card, Student Pass, or any valid proof of identity for verification by the competition official.
For ALL Categories, participants who are aged 18 years old and below must obtain parental/legal guardian consent for their participation in the tournament.
5. COMPETITION FORMAT
5.1. Preliminary Round
The teams participating in the competition shall be divided into groups.
The number of teams per group and number of groups will depend on the number of registered teams.
A draw will be conducted to determine the placement of the teams in the groups and the results from the draw are final.
There shall not be any re-draw to uphold the integrity of the process and to ensure fairness to all participating teams.
All matches in a group are played under the league system whereby each team will play once against each of the other teams in its group (single round-robin).
Award of round points. The following scoring system shall apply:
3 points for a win.
1 point for a draw.
0 points for a loss.
5.2. Rankings of the teams (Preliminary Round)
The rankings of teams in each group shall be determined by the greater number of points obtained in all group matches. o If two or more teams are equal based on the above criterion, their place shall be determined as follows:
Goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned.
Greater number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned.
Head-to-head results between teams concerned.
Goal difference between the two teams concerned.
If both teams are present, a 1v1 sudden-death penalty kick shoot out ▪ The winner shall be the team that scores the greater number of goals in regulation time for each respective sub-category.
The format of the Knockout stage will be determined based on the number of teams registered.
All other participating teams that do not qualify for the Knockout stage shall be eliminated from the competition.
5.3. Knockout Stages
Depending on the number of participating teams, the Knockout Stage can consist of a Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals, 3rd/4th Placing, and Finals.
Should the matches in the Knockout Stages end with a tie after the end of regulation time, the winner shall be determined by penalty kicks.
Sudden death penalty kicks will commence when both teams are still tied after each team has taken 3 penalty kicks.
6. RULES & REGULATIONS / LAWS OF THE GAME
6.1. Law 1 - Field of play
The field of play must be rectangular with the two touch lines being longer than the two goal lines.
The field of play will be marked with tape or any other suitable means. Field/Court Dimensions
Touch line: Maximum 35 metres. • Goal line: Maximum 25 metres.
6.2. Law 2 - The Ball
Size 4 footballs will be used for the Kids Category.
Size 5 footballs will be used for the Youth and Open Categories.
6.3. Law 3 - The Players
Each team can field a maximum of 5 players per match with a maximum of 5 substitute players.
Each team must have a minimum of 3 players on the field of play to start or restart the match.
Rolling substitution will be allowed during a game and all players are encouraged to be fielded.
To replace a player with a substitute, the referee must be informed before any substitution is made.
The substitute only enters during a stoppage in play, at the halfway point, after the player being replaced has left, and after receiving a signal from the referee.
Any of the players may change places with the goalkeeper if the referee is informed before the change is made and the change is made during a stoppage in play.
6.4. Law 4 - Players' Equipment
A player must not use equipment or wear anything dangerous.
All items of jewelry (necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, leather bands, rubber bands, etc.) are forbidden and must be removed.
Using tape to cover jewelry is not permitted.
The compulsory equipment of a player comprises the following separate items: Shirt with sleeves, Shorts, Socks (up to knee level), Shin guards (made of a suitable material to provide reasonable protection and covered by socks), and Appropriate footwear.
6.5. Law 5 - The Referee
Each match is controlled by a referee who has full authority to enforce the laws of the game as stipulated in the regulations.
6.6. Law 6 - Duration of the match
Periods of play will be advised during the team managers briefing.
There will not be any intervals.
An abandoned match is replayed unless the competition rules or organizers determine otherwise.
If the match has commenced and more than 50% of the match has been played, the match will be considered complete, and all facts (goals, cautions, expulsions, etc.) connected to the match will be deemed as final.
6.7. Law 7 - Start and restart of play
A kick-off is taken at the center of the playing area to start the game and to restart after a goal has been scored.
Opponents must be in their half of the field.
A dropped ball is a method of restarting play if the referee stops play for reasons not covered in Law 11.
All other players (of both teams) must remain at least 5 meters from the ball until it is in play.
6.8. Law 8 - Ball in and out of play
The goal line and touchlines are part of the field of play.
The ball must be entirely over these lines to be out of play.
6.9. Law 9 - Determining the outcome of a match
A goal is scored when the whole of the ball passes over the goal line, between the goalposts, and under the crossbar, provided that no offense has been committed by the team scoring the goal.
The team scoring the greater number of goals is the winner at the end of the entire duration of the match.
If both teams are unable to score any goals or score an equal number of goals at the end of the match, the match is drawn.
During the knockout stages, where a winning team is required after a drawn match, the winner is determined by kicks from the penalty mark.
Any player who has been sent off during the match is not permitted to take part.
6.10. Law 10 - Offside
There are no offsides in this tournament.
6.11. Law 11 - Fouls and Misconduct
When a foul is committed, the referee at his / her discretion has the right to issue the player who committed the foul the following: Verbal warning, Yellow card (two of which will result in a red card), or Red card (the player will be sent off and can no longer partake in the match).
The match will be stopped and considered concluded if a team has fewer than 3 players on the field of play.
The score of 3-0 (unless the current score is of greater advantage to the nonoffending team) and points will be awarded to the opposing team.
Cards will not be carried forward to the following match but any disorderly or violent conduct by any player, coach, parent, or guardian will subject him/her to further actions (immediately) if deemed necessary by the tournament's Organizing Committee.
6.12. Law 12 - Free Kicks
For all free kicks, defending players must be 5 meters from the ball.
A goal is awarded if a direct free kick is kicked directly into the opponent's goal.
6.13. Law 13 - The Penalty Kick
The ball must be stationary on the penalty mark and the goalposts, crossbar, and goal net must not be moving.
The defending goalkeeper must remain on the goal line, facing the kicker, between the goalposts, without touching the goalposts, crossbar, or goal net, until the ball has been kicked.
6.14. Law 14 - Kick-in
Goals cannot be scored directly from a kick-in.
6.15. Law 15 - Goal Kick
A goal kick is awarded when the whole of the ball crosses over the goal line, last played by the opposing player, and a goal was not scored.
Goalkeepers are not allowed to punt or drop-kick a ball during play.
They are to roll or throw the ball to players.
6.16. Law 16 - Corner Kick
A corner kick is awarded when the whole of the ball crosses over the goal line, last played by the defending player, and a goal was not scored.
The opposing players must remain at least 5 meters from the ball until it is in play.
7. GRACE PERIOD
A one-minute (1 minute) grace period is allowed.
The Organizers may at their discretion extend the grace period if they think the extension is justifiable.
Teams must abide by the decision of the Organisers.
8. WALKOVER AND WITHDRAWAL
A team that fails to turn up with three (3) players after one (1) minute of the scheduled kick-off time will be deemed to have given a walkover.
The team receiving the walkover shall be awarded three (3) goals and three (3) points.
If a team withdraws during the competition, all their remaining fixtures shall be deemed walkovers with three (3) goals and three (3) points awarded to their opponents.
9. POSTPONEMENT
The Organisers are at their discretion to decide to postpone/cancel a match if they think that the venue is unfit for play, or for any other valid reasons for which it deems a postponement/cancellation is in order.
Teams must abide by the decision of the Organisers.
10. SUSPENSION
A player suspended by any one of the following bodies is barred from participating in the competition for the period of suspension: Sport Singapore, or the Football Association of Singapore (FAS).
11. DISPUTE MEDIATION
The referee's decision is final during the competition.
Players are not allowed to interfere with the final decision taken by the referee(s) on points of laws/rules after clarification has been sought.
If such interference results in the disruption of any match, the case will be referred to the Organizers for their appropriate action.
The Organizers will have the final decision on all dispute matters.
12. DISQUALIFICATION
A team will be disqualified if they commit any of the following: Fielding over/under-aged player, Fielding unregistered player, or Team/player who caused a match to be abandoned.
All results involving the team which has been disqualified will be considered null and void.
The Organizers reserve the right to expel or eject anyone from the competition because of poor discipline, unruly behavior, and undesirable sportsmanship actions.
13. FIXTURES
The Organizing Committee will plan the fixtures according to the number of teams upon the closing of registration.
No change is allowed once the fixture has been arranged.
Times shown on the fixture list are only indicative.
Team Managers/Coaches are advised to be available at all times and to check with Event Officials on their next scheduled game.
The Organizers reserve the right to alter time schedules at their discretion.
14. SUPPORTERS
Only the Team Manager/Coach is allowed to accompany each team onto the f ield of play.
Supporters are to remain outside of the competition area.
15. AWARD PRESENTATION
Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd placed teams.
Award presentations will be held at the end of the day for each competition date.
16. DISCLAIMER
The Organizers reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the venue, date, and/or time and fixture format of the Football competition for all categories at its discretion due to but not limited to inclement weather, facility problems or any other situation deemed as appropriate. ▪
The Organizers shall have the right to delete, add, or amend the rules and regulations laid down herein.
The Organizers reserve the right to interpret or amend the rules and regulations of the competition at any time.
All matters not provided for in these Rules and Regulations shall be dealt with by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizers and their partners and/or agents will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any death or injury, damage, or loss, suffered, or caused while attending this competition, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
Virtual
Each activity must be logged on STRAVA (referred herein as the "App") and cannot be submitted manually. For more information regarding how to log activities on the App, please see STRAVA's "How It Works" page (http://www.STRAVA.com/how-it-works). Any form of entry and participation in the Event other than that described herein is void.
1. Activity should not be recorded on any motorised vehicles (motorised bicycles, e-scooters, cars, motorbikes, buses, lorries, etc)
2. Missing activities are not allowed to be added even if there was an error in the STRAVA GPS tracking system.
3. Multiple missing activities will not be included in the leaderboard if no appeals are sent within 48 hours of the activities.
4. Togoparts reserves the right to remove your activity should we find that it is suspicious at our discretion.
5. Tagged STRAVA activities are not accepted. Our system automatically removes these types of activities.
6. Participants may be asked to provide additional evidence to help verify their performance in an event.
7. If a participant's performance cannot be verified, their result may be annulled.
8. Participants must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage, or they may be disqualified and receive a ban from future events.
9. Repeatedly breaking the rules or bringing the sport into disrepute may result in a permanent ban from the event.
10. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards other participants and event organisers.
11. Cheating will not be tolerated.
By participating in the event, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the rules and regulations at any time, and participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
